What you will do

You will lead creative brand strategy, on a project basis, to accelerate brands and establish Clark Creative as the creative force behind the South’s most inspiring brands
You will run the input and meetings, asking the challenging questions and run inference to push ideas forward
During strategy sessions you will lead the process to identify customer segments, unique proposition and define the purpose of the brand
Perform market research
Create and implement captivating strategic plans and campaigns
You develop positioning statements to describe what the brand represents
You will develop taglines for the positioning

Who you are

You love thinking about big ideas, connecting customers to brands in out-of-the-box ways, and you breathe digital and traditional environments. You are not limited by channels or mediums.

You have 8 years experience in an agency environment
You are assertive and confident, as well as flexible and solution driven
You understand the vibe of a small agency
You are open to influence, inspiration and the expertise of the people around you, appreciating their talents, strengths and weaknesses
You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
