What you will do
- You will lead creative brand strategy, on a project basis, to accelerate brands and establish Clark Creative as the creative force behind the South’s most inspiring brands
- You will run the input and meetings, asking the challenging questions and run inference to push ideas forward
- During strategy sessions you will lead the process to identify customer segments, unique proposition and define the purpose of the brand
- Perform market research
- Create and implement captivating strategic plans and campaigns
- You develop positioning statements to describe what the brand represents
- You will develop taglines for the positioning
Who you are
- You love thinking about big ideas, connecting customers to brands in out-of-the-box ways, and you breathe digital and traditional environments. You are not limited by channels or mediums.

- You have 8 years experience in an agency environment
- You are assertive and confident, as well as flexible and solution driven
- You understand the vibe of a small agency
- You are open to influence, inspiration and the expertise of the people around you, appreciating their talents, strengths and weaknesses
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
